For our client, a global leader in healthcare solutions, we are looking for a candidate that will strenghten Digital Marketing global team and will primarily work in Warsaw office.

The successful candidate will function as an internal expert for the digital media, driving the overall performance, establishing organic and paid media best practices to maximise return on investment.

Job description:

  • Drive the ongoing development and implementation of Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads tools across HQ and local marketing teams
  • Participate in media planning to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns for both paid and organic media channels
  • Support teams in media tagging & tracking
  • Set up and manage floodlight configuration, build audience lists and activate them within paid media tools
  • Find new, exciting ways to engage target audiences and activate relevant channels via paid media channels to drive awareness
  • Monitor costs and return on investment
  • Tag & track performance of organic and paid activities across media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) showing an understanding of the relationship between paid, owned and earned media in the digital space
  • Run A/B test to improve media effectiveness, experiment with new platforms and channels
  • Run data analytics based on GA, DV360, CM360 to evaluate the effectiveness of digital media channels
  • Manage daily relationship, coordinate requests and priorities with stakeholders and external business partners


  • Bachelor or master's degree in marketing, communication or similar relevant education
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in digital media as a media planner / buyer
  • Strong operational skills
  • Data driven, independent and pro-active work-style
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player
  • Ability to get things done and work across functions and departments
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Deep channel expertise in paid media
  • Ability to scope and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven operational skills of the GMP (DV360, CM360), Google Ads, Business Facebook Manager, LinkedIn Advertising
  • Fluency in English
  • Openness to travel up to 15-20% of time when appropriate to do given COVID19 travel restrictions
