Your responsibilities
Lead new system implementation, measure acceptance, and manage system retirement without interrupting effectiveness of daily operations.
Conduct business and solution feasibility analysis, change management, and perform requirements specification elicitation for multiple channels and platforms.
Articulate business requirements to technical resources, while providing guidance and direction on solutions.
Drive agile methodology including prioritization of product backlogs aligned with business and customer experience priorities.
Lead complex projects requiring integration business requirements developed from an in-depth understanding of data architecture, migration, data analytics and modeling capabilities.
Participate in large-scale deployments and mitigate risks and develop adoption plans for customer-facing solutions.
Define and design process flow diagrams, logical data design, and database schemas for relational databases.
Leverage Microsoft SQL to perform quality analysis.
Research solutions through requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, research, surveys and feedback.
Author user stories and other requirements documents to inform software development teams.
Propose data architecture solutions by engaging with experts across platforms (SAP, .net, SQL, etc.).
Partner with product owners and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully.
Assume responsibility for project deliverables and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.
Evaluate, test, and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software and systems.
Evaluate and recommend solutions based on user behavior/insights.
Create business case proposals and recommendations.
Present project status and business case to organizational leaders.
Create project management documentation.
Capture testing scenarios from business stakeholders.
Our requirements
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or similar discipline
5+ years of experience presenting new product business cases to stakeholders, vendors, technical users, and senior leadership; identify, evaluate, and develop digital solution systems and procedures and implementing digital solutions
5+ years of experience conducting business analysis, development, and deployment; understand strategic inputs and translating them into functional and technical requirements to build digital solutions
5+ years of experience in relational database management systems to define entity relationship (ER) model for new digital solutions
2+ years in the following skills: using Microsoft Azure in Agile development methodology in a leading role.
Fluent in English and also Polish.
