Your responsibilities

Global Campaigns Creation, Delivery and Reporting

• Lead on the creation of the complete through-the-funnel campaign concepts and assets, involving the relevant internal stakeholders for their contribution and buy-in from the outset.

• Continue to develop the omnichannel approach to campaigns creation with defined KPIs, prioritising the digital channels to ensure an impactful customer experience and efficiency.

• Continue to establish clear processes for best-in-class campaigns delivery within the central team and support a well-coordinated local deployment.

• Enhance current reporting on campaigns results, with strong data analytics and data-driven recommendations to optimise the performance and support the delivery of sales targets.

• Own the relationships with external partners, and oversee briefing agencies, vendors and suppliers to ensure creativity and uniqueness of our campaign concepts.

• Be an expert in social and digital, supporting the coordinated execution of campaigns across central and local teams, making the best use of the social channels, global website and marketing automation systems to generate leads.

Team Management and Development

• Develop and upskill the team to drive the implementation of the through-the-funnel approach to campaigns planning and delivery.

Budget Planning and Management

• Contribute to the annual marketing budget planning and own the day-to-day management of the allocated budget, producing relevant reports and analyses to ensure the best return on investment.

Our requirements


• Experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of developing and optimising full funnel campaigns – B2B sectors

• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with demonstrable experience in managing data and producing actionable insights and solutions.

• Experience managing teams of marketers in a highly specialised subject area within a multinational organisation.

• Experience in building good working relationships across borders and cultures.

• Strong communicator with excellent verbal and writing skills.

• Ability to work to tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and to balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.

• Experience in education marketing will be an advantage but not a prerequisite.


• Educated to degree level or equivalent; you may also benefit from holding a professional marketing qualification

• Motivated by thinking outside of the box to create new ideas and drive change

• Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative

• Fluent in English; a command of Spanish or another language will be an advantage
