Global Facilities Manager (Workplace Manager Senior)

Your responsibilities

• Managing the Global Facility Management Team by direct reports (Workplace Coordinators) and their local teams

• Searching for best practices, managing change, promoting continuous improvement and providing the direction & tools necessary for their team to do their best work

• Consistently evaluating current processes and practices to insure the employee experience is work class and aligned globally

• Overseeing all FM operations (soft services) and maintenance activities (hard services) globally, including service design, scoping services, contracting, developing templates, deliver finances (budget, lifecycle costs) and reporting

• Ensuring business continuity and safety from the global FM point of view

• Building and maintaining a multidisciplinary relationship with global FM vendors

• Establishing and managing key performance indicators & service level agreements at the global level with vendors

• Managing and overseeing the financial management (budget) of the global FM

• Managing the finances associated with global suppliers contracts
