We are looking for Global Head of Accounting & Reporting - it is an interesting opportunity for BIG4 audit candidates and experienced accountants.

Our unit Group Accounting and Reporting is responsible for the management, handling, and methodologies of the required Group Accounting & Reporting within the Group globally
Management of the corporate closing report based on IFRS, including technical and functional coordination in alignment with reporting and compliance requirements
Act as key contact to group auditors and service providers and support also external committees
Internal key contact for all IFRS related topics
Consult Accounting & Reporting management in all reporting and IFRS related topics
Development of the catalyst group related accounting guideline and management of the distribution
Control of adherence of the given guideline
Ensuring knowledge management of Accounting & Reporting topics within the group

university degree of economics / business with focus on finance or comparable education
minimum 7 years of professional experience with focus on IFRS, Group Accounting and Consolidation
capable to understand technical background of functional requirements
implement solutions in collaboration with functions and IT
familiar with SAP S4/Hana and MS-Office applications
willingness to develop and transfer knowledge
strong communication and presentation skills in English
German language skills are an advantage
Open-mined and willingness to try out new ways
