We are a global IT service provider. With over 4,000 permanent colleagues in more than 50 subsidiaries worldwide, we enable Device as a Service for the IT industry in 190+ countries. DaaS combines hardware, software, lifecycle services and financing into a single contract with a fee per device.

For our internal HR Team we are seeking the following:
Global HR Business Partner
WORKPLACE: Wrocław (okolice), Bielany Wrocławskie (pow. wrocławski)

your tasks:

  • Consulting, advising and coaching for executives and top management on all HR matters along the employee life cycle
  • Development of solutions and concepts for all HR relevant challenges in the respective business area and control of their implementation
  • Supporting, driving and harmonizing processes such as salary review, performance management, project rollouts, strategic personnel planning, etc.
  • Guidance for all labour law issues, such as transfers of businesses, disciplinary actions, restructuring in close cooperation with our legal council
  • Implementation, optimization and execution of HR projects
  • Supporting in the change management process
  • Conception and implementation of strategic personnel measures
  • Personnel controlling and reporting to senior management

Our Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as HR Business Partner in a fast-growing, business environment
  • Knowledge of labour law - especially in dealing with business transfers
  • Experience in performance management and executive coaching
  • Perfect command of English language
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, Power BI and reporting tools
  • The ability to work remotely within geographically dispersed teams, managing stakeholders abroad
  • Communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, pragmatic approach
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Experience gained in outsourcing/contact center business as a plus
