Our organization consists several departments supporting Coloplast group globally in strategic processes. In total Coloplast Business Centre employs about 400 people.

    The job

    You will lead Global HR Support team composed of 2 very engaged and professional teams covering: HR Systems & Insights and HR Operations.

    You will be part of the CPBC top leadership team, but will have regular interactions with Business Support Organisation and HR organisation across Coloplast.

    You will also expand HR operation team that supports individual countries on the HR processes. That requires ability to identify scalable processes that can be transferred to Coloplast Business Centre and put forward business case for approval.

    The primary focus areas in the role are:

    • Set the direction & priorities for Global HR Support Team and ensure impactful execution and follow up
    • Close cooperation with Corp HR on identify key priorities for your team in short and long term planning.
    • Delivery best in class performance towards key stakeholders
    • Partnering with various parts of Coloplast to capture HR processes that can be transferred to Coloplast Business Centre
    • Secure HR team works with and is compliant to local Labour Law, Work Regulations and global processes & tools
    • Coordinate work of 3rd party providers
    • Developing closer relationships with the business, managers and people, to encourage stronger interaction, knowledge sharing and balanced leadership
    • Liaising with Corporate HR providing input and feedback on global processes




    Your qualifications

    We are looking for a strong business mindset leader who is ready to take a this high profile role and drive Global HR Support team to the next level. You have a genuine interest in other people and you are brilliant in building up relationship with the entire organisation as well as your global colleagues.

    We are also looking for:

    • General understanding of HR processes and systems or high interests in learning these – prior experience is not required in HR.
    • Business development attitude with ability to learn new business area
    • Strategic mind-set with proven execution records
    • Quick learner with achievements track records
    • University/Business School /Master degree. MBA preferred.
    • 5+ proven leadership role with process leadership and/or building new competence area
    • Excellent analytical, negotiation and management skills
    • Very good level of English writing and communication skills (it’s a Company business language)
    • Ability to challenge leaders at all levels and to work in an international environment
    • Project management skills are definitive plus
    • Good sense of humour
