Global HR Support Team Leader

Location: Szczecin

About the department

Global HR Support team acts as the primary point of contact for supporting System Specialists within IT and HR, HR Business Partners as well as People Managers and employees. It handles various tasks like: IT support of HR systems, supporting all countries within HR disciplines, Maintenance of Learning Management System, Supporting the Global Processes for People Cycle and Recruiting, User and Security Administration, Interfaces, IT Testing, IT Development Requests as well as HR Reporting and Insights. 
 

About the job

As the Global HR Support Team Leader you will be leading a team with a strong international focus divided into two sub-teams HR Operations and HR IT. You will ensure that the team will deliver responsible and qualitative HR users and systems support as well as development and operational activities facilitated in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will work on expanding the scope and scalability of the team in close cooperation with your Manager and different business stakeholders.
 

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and effective processes for HR IT & HR Operations
  • Coordinate the HR projects with team members and relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor support cases to ensure appropriate knowledge of products, policies, programs, systems, trouble-shooting abilities and communication skills of employees
  • Communicate with internal customers to address issues and provide fast, sustainable solutions, and identify opportunities to improve service as well as educating your team within the same
  • Set stretching KPIs and objectives for the team, monitor and evaluate the performance to drive continuous improvement for the individuals as well as the team
  • Ensure a cooperation level between teams to achieve best resource synergy
  • Ensure resource backup system to be in place to deliver sustainable service and make sure of appropriate knowledge level for each of the tasks
  • Empower employees based on their experience to manager particular projects and/or tasks in their area of responsibility

Requirements 

  • University Degree in business management, HR, IT or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in leading a team in international environment
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within HR or in IT
  • Preferable system knowledge of two or more of SuccessFactors Applications (Recruiting, Performance, Learning Management, Administration) or another ERP system supporting HR processes
  • Excellent English in both verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in project management (preferable)

  • Independent thinker and a good team player, with abilities to navigate stakeholders cross-functionally
  • Ability to work cross functional with executives, managers and other staff in a respectful and service-oriented manner
