Your responsibilities
You drive the setup of Spend Analytics to improve spend transparency and create a working tool for Procurement experts and stakeholders.
You establish a standard self-service reporting dashboard including amongst others category and supplier spend reports, contract expiration reports, KPI reports, and savings reports.
For that, you work closely with the Ariba experts, with our Global IT team, with our Shared Service Center and potentially external parties to create a cleansed data set and an excellent reporting and analysis tool.
You deliver on-going data-driven insights on selected categories through category intelligence platforms.
You help to establish a standard set of quantitative and qualitative evaluation criteria and methods to analyze and compare offers.
You define the calculation methods to calculate procurement savings and ensure their proper planning, documentation, and tracking.
You establish a planning process for procurement actions and savings. You track realized versus negotiated benefits and compare versus planned savings.
You monitor compliance to policies and processes, create a standard reporting with our Ariba team and initiate follow-up actions with the entire Indirect Procurement team.
You establish and maintain a proactive collaboration and communication with Brand and Function Business Controlling teams and local Procurement experts to support them with planning, reporting and analysis to create clarity on spend, actions and improvements.
You manage the Budget of the department and ensure correct planning and cost compliance throughout the year.
You are involved in development projects that allows you to be an active contributor to the development of our Global Indirect Procurement organization.
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Process Management, Finance, STEM, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role as an Analyst or Controller, ideally in a global Retail company.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and experience working with large data sets.
Ability to formulate conclusions and proposals from data analysis.
Communicate these effectively and persuasively across a diverse set of stakeholders.
Experience in planning, reporting and dashboarding.
Skills in PowerBI or similar tools.
Experience in SAP Ariba or equivalent eSourcing tools is a plus.
Fluent English skills, other language skills are a plus.

Job Description
You will be the owner of Indirect Procurement data analytics and support and enable Strategic Indirect Procurement activities within the Amer Sports group through elaborate reporting, planning, and on-going insights. You will work closely with Category Managers to analyze spend, find opportunities, evaluate complex offers and calculate and document expected benefits. In addition, you will be the liaison to the global Business Controlling community and ensure transparency of future investments and realized savings. By that, you play an essential role in creating and shaping a professional and global Indirect Procurement organization that helps to improve group performance in a wide range of areas.
