    Global Key User (HR Systems Analyst)

    We’re looking for candidates to fill 2 positions within the Global Key Users, one in each of the following teams:

    • Sap Support
    • OM

    Here’s short description of both teams:
    SAP support is a global team supporting HR systems (SAP HR/MSS & ESS Portal) in terms of technical/system issues and solutions. SAP support also monitors the interfaces between SAP HR and global systems which are based on source of SAP (e.g. VCD, Faros, Score). Team intensively cooperates with IT department, local Key Users, HR Administrators and end users all around the world and takes part in various IT and HR projects.  
    Organizational Management Services (OM Services) is a multitasking team of soft & hard activities. The team cooperates worldwide with all Volvo Businesses including HRBPs, Local HRs, Managers, Key Users, Administrators, Finance & IT Services. You may find different interesting areas of OM: major & mass structures updates (of different hierarchies, reporting lines, job catalogue, etc.), reporting, extended support, trainings and regular KU activities.

    So, who are we - the GLOBAL KEY USERS?
    In present times HR uses extensively lots of IT systems. For our most important tools we need the persons with extensive knowledge, experience and the biggest possible access and authorizations. Our role is to support all stakeholders globally (also local Key Users) in solving the most difficult and challenging problems and deal with task that demand our widest access to the tool and data.

    Our unique feature is both to have profound knowledge our software tools and deeply understand our HR processes.


    WHO IS SAP HR GLOBAL KEY USER- so who are you?
    There’s a SAP Support team within our Global Key Users group. We’re located in Poland and in USA and we work globally. We’re focused on working with SAP HR – our main HR software as well as multiple applications interconnected.
    We respond daily to the requests we receive and solve complicated problems. We assist and support various stakeholders worldwide. We deal with issues than nobody else would be able handle elsewhere in the world.

    We’re facing the new questions that nobody has attempted to answer before. We perform or trigger current improvements and severe enhancements in the systems.

    We take part in the IT tools Group HR projects as contributors and experts.
    We do interesting things!

    We handle the request in a most skillful way. Do we always know everything? No – we don’t. It is not possible, so we learn every day using various knowledge sources - we support each other with our expertise and experience.
    It is never enough for us to respond to the requester, to solve the current problem – we always look beyond. Will that problem affect others? What would be the consequence for the Group? Is there something that needs improvement in general? Should we do more? Does the process or tool need an improvement? Should we cooperate with someone in triggering or implementing a change?     You don’t need to be an expert already. You need to bring some SAP HR experience from previous positions. Probably ½ a year of work as SAP administrator (if you’re curious and interested) is some minimum we’re looking for. We don’t have possibility to teach you the basics…
