Your responsibilities

In the role of Analytics & Process Developer you will work closely with the project team to develop data analytics and associated process automations in MS Power BI and MS Power Platform, which span Real Estate, Facilities Management, Projects, Lease, Travel, Expense, Meetings and Fleet Service areas.

These reports and automation will consolidate disparate data sources into an end-to-end process to collect, maintain and provide meaningful intelligence used for performance management and to identify value opportunities.

The role requires leveraging deep knowledge of analytics and process automation best practices, to create reporting, data collection, process, and technology tools that support business needs.

• Collaborating with team to develop end-to-end data analytics solutions leveraging Power BI, SharePoint, SQL, KNIME, Power Platform and related – for example help design and implement a solution to assess building conditions, collect/maintain data, aggregate scores and dynamically feed and report on that data

• Data collection best practices to collect, clean, store and maintain using Power Platform

• Automations that support data governance and analytics in Power Platform

• Use development skills to maintain, enhance, and leverage our Lucid framework as our centralized tool for data-driven decision making, process improvements and value identification

• Evaluate potential performance improvement or value-add opportunities

Our requirements

  • Relevant education and/or work experience required (min. degree with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar business environment or job function)

  • Advanced PowerBI, PowerQuery, DAX, M, Excel, SQL and related capability to develop end-to-end analytics reporting with awareness of how to leverage Power Platform or advanced Power Platform (Flow, Apps, SharePoint, Lists, Forms, To Do, general Microsoft environment)

  • Experience with data ETL tools like KNIME is desired

  • Fluent English (C1 level or higher)

  • Analytics and Automation developer expertise

  • Curiosity and drive to solve business issues with data

  • Analytical, agile problem solver able to learn quickly

  • Ability to combine low-maturity data sets (flat files with differing schemas vs. data pulled from robust API)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, constantly changing environment, independently – performing under pressure, managing all the details and delivering results on time
