In this role, working within the Division System Drives Global Marketing team, you will join a highly talented and motivated team in defining the product portfolio positioning across all industries and applications. Within the team, you will support planning and execution of marketing strategies to support the key segments. The role holder is an enthusiastic team player, creative and open minded and familiar with various marketing techniques and tools.

Your responsibilities
  • Support to define and implement segment and application marketing plans managing suppliers and budgets relevant for the planned activities.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management and marketing colleagues to identify System Drives value propositions at segment and application granularity.
  • Create and maintain marketing collaterals and tools related to the above planned activities.
  • Collect data and provide sound market intelligence analysis, by also managing external market intelligence resources in collaboration with segment sales.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders in the marketing initiatives by promoting and communicating them through the relevant channels.
  • Bring new ideas on how marketing can have an impact in the business success.
Your background
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or equivalents.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Product Management function.
  • Familiarity with drives and related industry segments is an advantage
  • Strong team-orientation.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders in various functions and seniority levels.
  • Self-driven and able to set up your own goals and targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are of advantage.
