Global Mobility Specialist
Location: Warszawa | Ref. No. ISS/HOU/GM/062020

As part of the Group HR Department, the Global Mobility (GM) Team provides expertise on all relocation related matters globally for the Company. The successful candidate will be part of the global GM Team and will report to a Global Mobility Manager in Warsaw.  


The role is an exciting and challenging opportunity. It requires strong time-management and communication skills to manage assignments and multiple projects efficiently and within deadlines. The GM Team is a busy function managing international assignments globally, advise on various mobility related topics (e.g. Brexit, EU Directive on Posted Workers).

 

TASKS:

  • Manage the full assignment life-cycle, handling a caseload of international assignees.
  • Provide guidance to assignees and internal stakeholders on global mobility policies, compliance topics and relocation-related questions. 
  • Liaise with vendors for the delivery services such as; visa and immigration, relocation, taxation and household goods moving to ensure successful assignee experience and a successful relocation.
  • Update and record global assignment documentation such as; assignment letters, cost estimates, assignment status tracker etc.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects to support Global Mobility Leader.
  • Handle supplier invoices and track payment status.
