Global Office Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Create an amazing, welcoming, and safe working environment across all of our locations, to allow our employees to do their best work whether in the office or working remotely.

  • Organise incredible events and experiences for our global employee population, from big company-wide celebrations all the way through to smaller team-building events. Facilitate cross-function workplace experiences such as events and logistics

  • Full ownership of all facilities management remit including office leases, maintenance, renovations and insurance.

  • Play a key role in driving our culture and working closely with the wider People team on initiatives to engage and retain top talent

  • Managing day-to-day admin operations including ordering supplies, travel and accommodation bookings, and health & safety.

  • Be in charge of office communications and the go-to person for all things office and remote working related, always providing the best possible service to our employees.

  • Assist with the planning and execution of community events to promote employee networking, well-being, and our mission.

  • Support budgets, reporting and reconciliation. Drive improvements & optimization

  • Manage projects, process improvements, other tasks and duties as assigned

  • Create and initiate process improvements to enhance the overall workplace experience

  • Work with the marketing team to show off our fantastic workspaces and culture

Our requirements

  • Experience in office/facilities management, ideally a scaling start up with employees across a number of sites

  • A strong events planner with exceptional organisational skills and great attention to detail

  • The ability to think globally and act locally, to ensure a unified experience for all Transfernauts no matter their location

  • A genuine passion for creating a great experience for employees

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills both internally and with external partners

  • Able to multitask and work on multiple projects as well as BAU
