    (Global Operations IT) Senior Software Engineer (JAVA)

    Global IT Operation function is responsible for HSBC infrastructure and other related services inside our bank. The team will be responsible for delivering key strategic tools for future decisions making in Global Operations. HSBC bank has started with huge IT transformation, what should make us one of the best IT team in the world. We would like to use advantages or modern approaches and tools to deliver high quality software, which can satisfy needs of our internal customers.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Responsible for the IBM FileNet production support Level 2/3 activities
    • Responsibilities include the cooperation with business representative, requirements analysis, system design, preparing technical documentation, system implementation and production support
    • Incident management, root cause analysis and system patching and release of bug fixes
    • Work as part of a team following technology choices, coding/design standards and build and deployment procedures
    • Complete incidents and assigned tasks in a timely manner within KPIs and within agreed quality

    Requirements:

    • University or Technical College graduate (preferable in IT),
    • Domain – Enterprise Content management system
    • Strong experience with IBM FileNet, Workplace & Workplace XT, Content Navigator, Content Collector and Enterprise Records for past 3 years
    • Advantage will be experience with Agile, Oracle Database, Linux or Windows server administration, IBM WebSphere, experience with customization of IBM Case manager and IBM Content Navigator
    • Preferably knowledge of any other programming language Java, JavaScript and SQL.
    • Ability to absorb new technologies, procedures and learn quickly.
