Your responsibilities

  • Opening, monitoring and updating incidents in our ticketing system

  • Data validation, analysis and reporting

  • Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow

  • Collaboration with our engineers and manager

Our requirements

  • Good English skills (in speaking & writing)

  • Proactive and flexibility to take over new tasks

  • MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Outlook)

  • Very good analytical skills

  • Readiness to work day and night shifts Monday-Friday


  • Basic IT knowledge
