    Global Payroll Projects Specialist
    Location: Krakow

    The Specialist Global Payroll Projects will be responsible for supporting global projects and overall payroll operations.  Responsible for key processes to ensure optimal vendor performance, including invoicing and system change requests.  Track and report key metrics.  

     Key  Responsibilities Include: 

    • Support vendor management of outsourced payroll vendors.
    • Responsible for invoice management, including ensuring accuracy, alignment with vendor contracts, service level agreements and any service credits.
    • Manage change request process for internal and vendor systems, including intake of requests, analysis and approvals, pricing, stakeholder management, and project management to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Assist in the managing of the global payroll dashboard, including data collection, reporting, and issues identification. Recommend changes needed to streamline processes and ensure the right data is being collected and reported.
    • Participate on global project teams, as identified.
    • Other ad-hoc requests and tasks.
    • Some travel may be required.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Finance / Accounting.
    • 5-7 years of payroll operational experience. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent.
    • Working knowledge of Workday and experience integrating with 3rd party applications.
    • Strong customer orientation and a work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills, in English
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, as well as to get results through collaboration and coordination with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
    • Good analytical and process diagnostic skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture. Strong spreadsheet and database skills. Continuous improvement orientation.
    • Strong project management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and requests.
