Your responsibilities
Processing Poland & Global payrolls (Imports, data keying into ADP Freedom, manual calculations, reports, reconciliations etc)
Responsible for co-ordinating, collating and inputting variables within the pre-agreed deadlines, seeking necessary authorisations as appropriate and submission to third party payroll companies for payroll processing
Recognising and mitigating risks
Running various absence/data reports from Oracle
Preparing payrolls for monthly approvals and assisting with the submission of statutory notices and relevant tax documents to third parties
Assist with the day to day payroll inbox and related queries in a prompt and professional manner
Ensure that the safeguards and controls remain in place and any changes are recorded and communicated to minimise risk
Build effective working relationships and credibility with key stakeholders and third-party providers
Assist with audits and finance queries
Support the wider International HR teams with payroll and process queries
Ensuring that all data is managed and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection regulations (GDPR)
Assist the Global Payroll Manager with data gathering from current global payroll suppliers in readiness for the new Global payroll implementation
Assist the Global Payroll Manager and SVP with other payroll related tasks and activities as and when required
Maintain, update and help create relevant Payroll policies, procedures, forms and knowledge articles
Our requirements
Polish payroll processing experience
International payroll experience would be great
Strong MS Office literacy (Excel VLOOKUP & Pivot essential)
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels
Confident self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good written and spoken English
Customer driven, collaborative with a hands-on approach
Ability to identify solutions to problems whilst recognising risks and implications of suggested actions
Excellent attention to detail and experience of working to tight deadlines.
