About the assignment

Global Process Champion is part of the Global Process Team for R2R and responsible for the process design, deployment of processes through the Finance organization, defining service placement, identification of digital finance opportunities for automation and standardization, driving standardizing of operating procedures and continuous process improvement to increase productivity and leading specific R2R tooling implementation projects

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Developing and driving implementation of standard operating procedures of R2R.
  • Developing and maintaining training and communication materials and delivering training and workshops.
  • Previewing of any changes made to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Running fit-gap analysis and maintaining deviation logs.
  • Defining service placements, being part of Core Team for FFF.
  • Driving process standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Contributing on delivering policies.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation/Technology/RPA in process.
  • Facilitating the implementation and embedding of the GPD as part of the transition of processes currently not executed by the RACs.
  • Participating in ad hoc projects, initiatives related to the designated area and in system changes (securing that process design is delivering as planned).

About you

  • Master's/ /Bachelor's degree in Economics/ Business Administration/Accounting/Controlling.
  • More than 7 years in R2R process operations and/or process design, Shared Services.
  • Specialized knowledge of R2R financial discipline, strategy and policies.
  • Excellent understanding of R2R process design, ERP systems and controls, including transactional accounting processes.
  • Knowledge of R2R process design methodologies.
  • R2R Process redesign/modelling experience.
  • Ability to think and work conceptually, while taking into account the details and impact of the processes on Operations.
  • Ability to work together with other Functions/Towers, good understanding of interfaces between own function and others in the end-to-end processes.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to prioritize, being sensitive to deadlines and a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
  • 15-20% International travelling is required.
