Your responsibilities

  • Working as a trusted business partner by being an ambassador of the P&CI Process Risk and Control focus and promoting a standard way of working

  • Facilitate the Risk Management process for the processes and systems in scope of Global Process Management

  • Ensures the embedment of a Process Excellence culture and thinking, embracing continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Drives the identification and prioritisation of CPI opportunities. Assesses the sources of process improvements (e.g. KPI and PPI, audit findings, technical changes).

  • Involvement in improvement Projects - provides content reference and expertise (e.g. with defining project goals and business cases, costs and benefits analysis) and advises project teams which execute the CPI projects on methods (mentoring, coaching).

  • Use your expertise to consult/support Functional Process Owners on the most efficient and effective risk response (Business control procedure, System configuration or Access principles)

  • Engage with OpCo senior management to help understand and implement the HEINEKEN Risk and Control Matrix to help manage their risks

  • Driving development and governance of Process and Control Management activities and continuously improve the framework

  • Guarding that processes and controls are designed, implemented and operating in line with the relevant policies, procedures and HEINEKEN Rules.

  • Building and maintaining relations with internal and external parties, such as OpCo Management, OpCo P&CI, Global Functions, Global Audit, External Audit and relevant functional managers (Group, Region, and OpCo).

  • Monitoring and keeping up to date with relevant risk management, process modelling via knowledge sharing or training activities.

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience

  • Experience within process risk management, internal control, process management, fraud management & compliance.

  • Ability to independently perform process risk assessment.

  • Business experience in line manager role is an advantage.

  • Proven experience in developing internal controls, leading audit or process improvement assignments.

  • Proven success in and performing Management controls reviews, providing strong effective business oriented recommendations.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP, JD Edwards or Navision)

  • Ability to remain solution oriented and flexible in a changing environment

  • Analytical capabilities, excellent at manipulating excel

  • Organised workshops/training sessions

  • Excellent written English, able to draft high quality communications (e-mails, memos, and PowerPoint)

  • High concern for quality, accuracy and details

  • University degree/Masters in Economics, Finance, Business Information Technology or Business Administration

  • Professional certifications including:


  • o CIA/CISA/RO or Six Sigma Yellow/Green/ Black Belt/ PMP / Prince2 Foundation
