Your responsibilities

  • Work closely with Digital Energy sales teams to identify and understand our current sales strategy, their needs, and how marketing can better support sales readiness to close more deals

  • Define a strategic sales enablement strategy to be deployed across Digital Energy sales and marketing teams (to include training, consultancy approach, digital enablement, etc.)

  • Define a model that effectively ensures sales and marketing have continual and seamless alignment

  • Strong collaboration and synchronization with Digital Energy marketing leads + sale enablement tool owners to ensure accurate representation across all go to markets (channel, segment, etc.)

  • Define a strategy for ongoing management of assets, content, and information contained in our digital platforms and sales tools (auditing, searchability, metadata, tagging, taxonomy, etc.)

  • Ensure sales enablement content is accurately populated into the Sales Conversation Tool

  • Establish a consistent rapport with Digital Energy marketing leads to ensure lifecycle asset management within each tool

  • Establish reporting cadence on performance of assets and content within each tool

  • Understand the roadmap from the Digital Energy global marketing team to determine what sales enablement content is planned (quarterly planning, editorial calendar, etc.)

  • Understand roadmap of sales enablement platforms and where we need to be ready to influence and engage

  • Define and deploy a communication plan to leadership + sales and marketing teams

  • Collaborate with global Digital Energy marketing leads to ensure the sales enablement strategy is deployed across their respective segment, channel, and line of business sales teams

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business management (advanced degree is a plus)

  • Minimum 5 years leading a sales enablement strategy

  • Experience in multi-national organization is a plus

  • Strong background and understanding of effective digital marketing is a must

  • Strong writing ability, verbal communications, and presentation skills is a must

  • Results driven and team-oriented attitude

  • Ability to work in a multifunctional team and with global teams and different cultures, to adapt for working with remote teams across global time zones

  • Embracement for the concept of diversity to achieve continuous improvement

  • Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)

  • Strong knowledge in MS Office applications
