    Global SAP FI/CO Business Analyst
    Location: Kraków

    • Industry: Energy
    • Project details: Implementation and support of the SAP ECHO Solution for Finance and Controlling. The position requires configuration and solution expertise and will provide application/functional support of the FI/CO modules with a key focus on the integration between Supply Chain (MM/PP/WM), Order Management (SD) and Project Systems (PS) modules.
    • Location: on clients premises in Cracow + business trips

    • Configuration of various functions within FI/CO, such as: New GL, Document Splitting, Intercompany Processing, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Revenue Recognition, and Tax
    • Assess and document business requirements for new functionalities, which may include custom enhancements and custom reports
    • Collaborate with various technical teams to evaluate design alternatives, optimize design solution and minimize performance impact
    • Design and deploy new processes and configuration to meet business needs
    • Prepare and execute functional unit test cases, work with cross functional teams to perform test activities (e.g. integration, performance, user acceptance)
    • Support the deployment of production applications and provide post-production support related to custom system enhancements and integration points
    • Proactively provide status on all activities to appropriate stakeholders
    • Follow applicable standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies in the support and/or maintenance of systems
    • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business/Accounting, or equivalent work experience
    • 6 - 8 years’ experience in an Information Technology systems analysis function, working with end-users to translate business requirements into systems specifications
    • 2+ full life-cycle SAP implementations
    • 5+ years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in FICO modules
    • Experience supporting the integration between ECC and 3rd party auxiliary applications (e.g. bank systems, credit card process systems) is desirable
    • Experience with complex implementations incl. custom solutions around POC (Percentage of Completion) and sales revenue postings is desirable
    • Thorough understanding of the integration with other SAP modules MM, PS
    • Broad knowledge in data exchange, such as ALE, iDoc, BAPI, etc. is desirable
    • Proven ability to research and assess potential SAP solutions in support of new business requirements
    • Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of a full life cycle implementation and production support
    • Good knowledge of SAP structures, configuration standards, object dependencies and tables
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to various stakeholders
    • Ability to engage with customers and partners to understand their business needs and priorities, lead requirement gathering and analysis session, design documentation and modeling
    • Willingness and ability to travel as required (10-20%)
    • Experience with Google Suite (Mail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) is a plus
    • Language skills: Fluent English oral & written, (equal C1)
