Your responsibilities

  • Co-shaping global process strategy and prioritizing to deliver on OTC finance ambition

  • Driving process excellence and transformation through global and regional deployment teams, guarding process quality, standards and ambition

  • Actively liaising and collaborating cross-functionally to shape the E2E Market to Cash journey, securing the Finance OTC ambition throughout cross-functional projects

  • Designing and maintaining Global process flows, standards and policies

  • Bringing visibility to senior business stakeholders on process maturity and performance, advising on target setting

  • Day-to-day management of Process Experts Europe, based in Krakow

  • Ensuring successful set up and delivery of new process expertise organisation in HGSS

  • Designing Global frameworks, strategies and cookbooks in close collaboration with cross functional stakeholders

  • Securing correct set up, process quality and progress of project teams, assigned to deliver our roadmap priorities

  • Generating and benchmarking process performance insights, translating into tangible E2E improvement opportunities for SSC and OpCo’s

  • Co-shaping ePayment agenda to deliver TOM ambition, through ePayments team

  • Delivering actions from the Global OTC Process agenda

Our requirements

  • Master, plus relevant certification on the assigned expertise area, incl. post-master (e.gAcca, Cima)

  • 6-8 years managerial experience required in a similar role / a complex international environment

  • Experience in a mid-level reporting & accounting, commercial or business control at OpCo level or in shared services environment, with exposure to relevant enabling technology and ERP systems

  • Stakeholder management across Global, Regional and OpCo Extensive experience with End to End process oriented thinking, combination of analytical and conceptual thinking Experience with transformational projects

  • Experience in facilitating process design/validation workshops

  • Experience in influencing and delivering through others

  • Knowledge and understanding Continuous Process Improvement (TPM/Lean/Six Sigma),

  • Project Management methodologies and Agile ways of working

  • Fluent English language

  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certified
