A new opportunity has arisen to join our world-class, expanding Talent Acquisition team at award-winning PPD, as a Senior / Talent Sourcer. Our global Talent Acquisition colleagues strive for excellence in every task, at every moment. Working within a functionally aligned team, you will be primarily responsible for supporting our Language Services group identifying, networking and delivering viable top global Translator talent candidate pipelines. You will be skilled and driven by hunting for both active and passive talent pools globally via direct search, social media channels and using your own creativity.
It is very likely you will have the opportunity to source for our broader business units also.

About you:
Our growth is exceptional, and we are seeking exceptional individuals to help drive our Talent strategies forward.You will need to have proven Translator direct sourcing/recruitment experience in life sciences, specifically in the clinical and linguistic validation space within the Clinical Research/Pharmaceutical or Language Services industry – or possibly you are a Sourcer/Vendor Recruiter with localization experience who would relish the opportunity to join a world-leading CRO.
It’s in your nature to deliver white-glove experience to candidates and internal customers alike, love networking and have a passion for communicating, marketing and social media campaigns.
You will also possess great relationship-building skills, so as well as your technical wizardry, you will enjoy phone and video outreach. With our reputation, accolades, and awards, it’s always a thrill to be spreading the word.
