Your responsibilities
Monitoring quality performance of finished product suppliers
Involvement in new product development projects
Coordinating claim handling process at suppliers
Driving quality improvements at supplier to ensure stable output and reduce scrap and rework
Ensuring quality systems and standards are in place and make sure they are followed
Verifying product and production process development results with Danfoss part approval requirements (SPPAP)
Following up on corrective and preventive actions from audits, report of non-conformity cost, status 8D
Controlling of documents/records as well as managing and participating in global quality improvement projects
Conducting technical audits at suppliers
Taking part in supplier development
Our requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferably manufacturing)
Minimum 3 years of experience working within the manufacturing industry in a quality role
Demonstrated use of statistical methods to improve processes and products through continuous improvement programs and problem-solving team
ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 experience is preferred
Systematic and structured when approaching an issue to solve (uses 8D methodology, FTA, FMEA etc.)
Experience with performing internal and supplier audits is preferred
Excellent project management skills
Independent, analytical, ethical, organized, customer focused, results-driven
Fluent verbal and written English - any another language is advantageous
Good communication, ability to create network of relations supporting goals realization
Cultural awareness, able to apply different communication models depending on situation
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project) and statistical tools (e.g. Minitab)
Willingness to travel, when required (approximately 15%)

Job Description
Are you determined and you know how to use initiative to develop effective solutions to problems? Maybe you could be our new Global Supplier Quality Engineer for CMO - responsible for dealing with suppliers in case of product or process quality defects.
Supplier Quality Engineer position supporting the CMO (Contract Manufactured Operations) organization in Poland (Grodzisk Mazowiecki). Daily job is working with global finished product suppliers and Danfoss customers to assure and improve quality. Using your technical expertise and problem-solving experience, you will support existing products and will help sustain high quality in the products. As Supplier Quality Engineer you will derive from your wide experience and extensive knowledge to lead the supplier quality processes like evaluation or development within international environment. You will point out the most suitable solutions, provide the best process standards and make sure quality is never compromised.
