Your responsibilities

  • Overall global production planning for specific value streams (VS) and product area

  • Establish monthly takt plans

  • Follow up on takt plans in cooperation with VS Manager and local planners (weekly and ad hoc meetings)

  • Manage allocation and allocation keys for specific value streams items

  • Close cooperation and communication with VS, Shipping department, Delivery and Executions (D&E) team, Sales & Operations Planner for specific product area and also about allocation and delivery projections

  • Update allocation status in ERP system (Axapta)

  • Develop and challenge existing work flows in D&E team

  • Support team members in D&E team (actively participate in Kaizen events, participate in ad hoc project tasks in Global Supply Chain and continuous learning and training within GSC)

Our requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Supply Chain Engineer or Specialist position or related fields

  • Proven experience in Planning in Global Supply Chain or Distribution Center area

  • Experience and understanding order management and logistics methods

  • Experience working with an ERP systems and strong IT systems knowledge including advanced Excel skills

  • Capability to use analytical skills in order to prepare and present broader and strategic overview

  • Experience in collaboration in cross-functional project teams in international environment

  • Very good communication skills to be able to work effectively across all levels of the organization

  • Fluent in English, both writing and oral to be able to communicate with a team and global stakeholders

Radiometer Solutions Sp. z o.o.

With reference to Senior Manager, Delivery and Execution Global Supply Chain in Denmark and Director, Distribution Center in Poland you will join a team of highly skilled colleagues in Global Supply Chain both in Stargard, Poland and Denmark. Delivery and Execution team is responsible for global production planning and allocation management of various product groups in Radiometer. The team takes important role in execution and delivery of products from production sites world wide. In this position, you will support our customers as well as Sales, Marketing and production sites, as well as being an important part of the Global Supply Chain team in Radiometer.

You will work close with your team members from Denmark where your direct reference will belong, as well as colleagues from Poland production sites and Distribution Center. Your working place will be Stargard, Poland.
