Administrator wyznaczył Inspektora Ochrony Danych (dalej: „IOD”), z którym można kontaktować się pod adresem e-mail: [email protected] we wszystkich sprawach dotyczących Pani/Pana danych osobowych.

Przetwarzanie Pani/Pana danych osobowych odbędzie się w celu przeprowadzenia rekrutacji w oparciu o obowiązujące przepisy, na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c Ogólnego Rozporządzenia o Ochronie Danych (dalej: „RODO). Przetwarzanie danych w zakresie szerszym niż wynikający z przepisów prawa pracy odbywać się będzie na podstawie Pani/Pana zgody wyrażonej przez wyraźne działanie potwierdzające tj. poprzez zgłoszenie udziału w rekrutacji (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO). Administrator może również przetwarzać Pani/Pana dane osobowe w celach przyszłych rekrutacji na podstawie Pani/Pana zgody (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO).

Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez okres 12 miesięcy od daty złożenia aplikacji. W przypadku wyrażenia przez Panią/Pana zgody na wykorzystywanie danych osobowych dla celów przyszłych rekrutacji, Pani/Pana dane będą wykorzystywane przez okres 12 miesięcy miesięcy. W razie przetwarzania danych osobowych w oparciu o wyrażoną zgodę, Pani/Pana dane będą przechowywane do momentu jej wycofania. Wycofanie zgody nie wpływa na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej wycofaniem.

Pani/Pana dane osobowe mogą zostać przekazane podmiotom przetwarzającym je na zlecenie Administratora, m.in. podmiotom trzecim wspierającym Spółkę w procesie rekrutacji (doradztwo w zakresie rekrutacji, wsparcie w zakresie IT), przy czym podmioty te przetwarzają dane wyłącznie na podstawie umów zawartych z Administratorem i zgodnie z jego poleceniami.

Podanie przez Panią/Pana danych osobowych, zbieranych przez nas na podstawie obowiązujących przepisów jest dobrowolne, ale niezbędne do realizacji ww. celu. Konsekwencją niepodania danych osobowych będzie brak możliwości udziału w procesie rekrutacji. Podanie danych w oparciu o Pani/Pana zgodę, jest dobrowolne i nie wpływa na proces rekrutacji.

Posiada Pani/Pan prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych, żądania ich sprostowania, usunięcia,   wniesienia sprzeciwu, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przeniesienia danych do innego administratora.

Bezpieczeństwo Pani/Pana danych jest dla nas priorytetem, jeśli jednak uzna Pani/Pan, że przetwarzając Pani/Pana dane osobowe naruszamy przepisy RODO, ma Pani/Pan prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych

Oriflame is now looking for a 
Global Supply Planner

to further strengthen our Global Supply Chain team.

As a Supply Planner you would be working mainly with Oriflame Suppliers, being key face of the company in daily contact with our external partners. You will be creating, analyzing and communicating supply plans between suppliers and Oriflame, aiming to maximize availability and minimize excess risks. You will be additionally managing product life cycle, including PIPO, NPD and Discontinuation, as well as supporting components requirement analysis.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize flow of products in assigned area of supply chain network, focusing on maximizing availability with minimized inventory impact, including excess risk reduction, while striving to minimize total supply chain cost
  • Close cooperation with Global and Regional stakeholders, to ensure smooth products flow in the network from suppliers to markets, including managing relations with Oriflame 3PL providers
  • Provide forward visibility of stock levels and conduct proactive analysis to anticipate supply constraints, sharing outcomes as useful and consistent information allowing the business to adjust demand plans accordingly to maximize sales
  • To identify potential future availability issues, assess their business impact, take respective actions and proactively flag them to Global Planning management and required stakeholders providing mitigation plan update and data required for decision on priorities
  • Proactive tracking and reporting of assigned to you Global Planning KPIs versus agreed targets, including deep dive analysis and mitigation actions proposals, aiming continuous improvement of results
  • Ensure correct masterdata and parameters set up in respective area of supply chain systems (JDA, IFS, BI, SCPortal) thanks to regulat system parametrization and cleanup activities
  • Representing GP in GSC projects, as well as actively participate in improvement initiatives

What we are looking for:

  • University degree or technical education in the field of logistics, manufacturing, system management or business education is desirable
  • 2 years of experience in Supply Chain area in direct selling or FMCG from an international company
  • Supply/Distribution/Demand Planning experience in an international environment and matching profile against skills and competency model is prefferable
  • Fluency in English is a must - Experience and well understanding of planning system solutions (JDA, SAP APO, Microsoft Axapta, Vanguard, SAS or similar) is a must
  • Very good command in MS Office is a must
  • Capability to react on dynamic environment and take decisions based on analysis and facts is a must
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Passion for driving improvements, being not affraid of constant changes
