Your responsibilities
Act as a speaking partner to the business and advise on different sourcing strategies.
Work collaboratively with Talent Partners to close hard to fill roles.
Search, evaluate & propose suitable candidates for challenging positions across the globe.
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
Pro-actively build up talent pools & pipelines.
Be an ambassador to Hitachi Energy, sharing our values and drive brand awareness in the market.
Collaborate with your team in developing and testing new recruitment solutions to create an effective sourcing plans for top talents.
Our requirements
Experience and proven track record working as a talent sourcing professional.
As a person you are flexible, curious, open and have the ability adapt to different situations.
You have an investigative approach and are not afraid to try new things.
You are a customer-and service orientated person with strong communication skills.
Excellent command in English is a must, both written and spoken.
