Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements

  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. Social Media / Active Sourcing)

  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing etc.) as well as via phone

  • Perform screening of potential candidates via phone

  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and network with talent pools and convert candidate leads into applicants

Our requirements

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (min. C1 Level), knowledge of other European languages would be a strong asset

  • Hands-on experience with state of the art sourcing techniques and tools. Affinity for new IT solutions

  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)

  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates, and to promote our employer brand online and offline

  • Hunter DNA – Creativity – Out-of-the-box Thinking – Embracing Change

  • Notions of General Human Resources and Labour Law are an asset
