Your responsibilities

  • Business Analysts in HSBC lead key initial stages of projects and assist through to the closure

  • They are especially responsible for producing and documenting user stories/requirements and their traceability

  • They manage the change component of the projects making sure that it is expected and received well by the target audience.

  • They ensure adoption and deployment of the HSBC Business Transformation Framework, agile ways of working within the project and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

  • They work closely with key delivery stakeholders to ensure alignment with the wider Wealth and Personal Banking change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviours

Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience on complex projects across countries or regions

  • Understanding of banking and/or financial services industry and/or shared services organisations

  • Experience in delivering significant change and cooperating with stakeholders in different locations

  • Experience in agile ways of working/tooling

  • Self-driven approach with ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to effectively run meetings in English over video or teleconference

  • Excellent problem solving ability

  • Experience in project tracking, reporting and governance

  • Working knowledge of Confluence and Jira

  • Project management certifications (Agile BA/PM, SAFe, Change Management or CBAP) are an advantage
