Therefore we are consolidating our internal services into a world-class Global Business Services (GBS) organization, with the largest center located in Krakow. To strengthen our Global Travel Services (GTS) team, we are looking for a Travel Expenses Audit Team Lead with direct experience in managing and developing the team and expenses processing.     Tasks:

    • You will lead a functional work team within GBS-GTS focused on the complete, accurate, cost efficient and timely completion of tasks and transactions in Audit
    • You will ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures
    • You will define tasks to ensure delivery of services to assigned employees and business partners in accordance with service level agreements
    • You will identify, recommend and assist in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains in the areas of responsibility
    • You will ensure a positive working relationship within the team and with external customers by measuring customer/ employee satisfaction and further developing them
    • You will assure people development by providing regular coaching and training to the team members and acts as a Subject Matter Expert for the assigned Travel and Expenses (T&E) Services
    Requirements:
    • Experience in directly handling a team for at least 2 years or more
    • Subject Matter Expert in the area of T&E
    • Completed degree in higher education
    • Proficient in business English
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills
