Your responsibilities

We are looking for a Google Analytics Specialist to join our web development team in Warsaw. This individual will create, install, update & monitor customer tracking across all our websites. They will create automated reports ensuring real time visibility into KPIs that provide faster and more reliable access to analytics data reporting, consolidation, forecasting and planning for the site owners and key business partners.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of website tracking of customers for use in personalized, kick-ass web experiences. They will have a hunger for knowledge and professional growth. This candidate will have a passion for helping others understand data by storytelling with data through visualization.

We are seeking expert knowledge in the capabilities and functionality of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimizer and Data Studio. The role will implement requests from Marketing and the Ad Agencies coordinate development and production deployment of GTM tags and report on any discrepancies. The role will be coordinating and collaborating work with others on the team and support knowledge sharing and training with team members

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Audit existing Google Analytics and web analytics implementations and identify areas of improvement

- Google Tag Manager container audits

- Setup and test GTM container tags requested by Marketing and Ad agencies

- Configuration of reporting views and their filters

- Creation of goal funnels

- Setting up goals and/or enhanced ecommerce tracking

- Creation of custom reports, ad-hoc analysis and dashboards

- QA, test, troubleshoot web analytics and tags

- Provide insights to improve analytics implementation processes

- Audits of GTM Containers and tracking

- QC testing of tags in development and production environments

- Reporting and Dashboards for internal clients

Our requirements

  • Google Analytics Certification

  • Expert level experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

  • Proven experience with GA and GTM implementations

  • PPC, Analysis of Accounts, Active Users, Audiences, Bounce Rate, Session Duration,

  • Cohort Analysis, Campaign (information/ tags)

  • Conversion, CTR, CPA

  • Cost Analysis, Goals (Completion/ values), LTV, Revenue (Product, RPU)

  • Proficient in JavaScript and Microsoft Excel proficiency

Optional

  • Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience required.

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience desired. This is a mid-level position

  • Experience integrating web analytics with A|B testing tools

  • Experience integrating web analytics with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Eloqua)

  • Experience with predictive analytics

  • Data Visualization with certification

  • Familiarity with Google Data Studio

  • Excellent planning, organization and problem identification skills and data analysis skills are required

  • Demonstrated problem solving ability with excellent technical and business terminology to consult with clients, vendors and other internal staff

  • Proven ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously (balance workload)
