GPAS Onboarding Management Specialist
Location: Poznań

Onboarding Management team coordinates work of internal FTS business partners and custodians to successfully onboard new institutional separate accounts and FT funds globally. We are seeking for a candidate with project management skills and excellent communication. We offer flexible hours (open window) with overview and exposure to other departments work.

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the successful set up and launch of FT Funds and Institutional Accounts by internal FTS business partners and custodians.
  • Managing custody relationships and facilitating the communication with Custodians to develop and maintain mutual understanding of requirements.
  • Leading and participating in various department-level projects, identifying project objectives, resources and barriers, implementing project strategies, and ensuring successful and timely completion.
  • Building and fostering relationships with key business partners, often at senior level, both internal (incl. NBS and BSPM) and external (mainly Custodian representatives).

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have proven ability to establish and maintain business relationships, including company management and outside business associates,
  • Possess experience in the general area of onboarding,
  • Possess experience in client service, marketing, project management or product development,
  • Have fair knowledge of trade life cycle from theoretical & technical,
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and client/customer skills,
  • Possess excellent facilitation, mediation, negotiation, and persuasion skills,
  • Can organize, prioritize workflow and coordinate the work of others,
  • Have Bachelor’s degree.
