Your responsibilities

  • Contribution to the reporting of financial results for GSK, through the ownership of the C&C processes

  • Cooperation with C&C and local teams on the improvement of current C&C processes and implementation of the new C&C processes

  • Involvement in SOX/non-SOX Vaccines control optimization and alignment with GSK internal control framework

  • Standardization of processes between different GSK areas

  • Implementation of rules and processes stated in GSK group policies

  • Supervision of GSK Vaccines set up within the GSK systems

  • Providing the support over the project automation with technical teams into the GSK (with focus on Vaccine’s streamline)

  • Solution testing of the new tools/process implementations

  • Escalation on the global issues, primarily GSK Vaccines

  • Organization and conduction workshop/trainings sessions, depending on the GSK business requirements (at the beginning mainly Vaccine’s team needs)

Our requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting

  • Experience in financial controlling/audit/reporting (at least 4 years)

  • Fluent English (minimum C1)

  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Strong focus on customer service, process improvement and organizational skills

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders based in different countries

  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially MS Excel)


  • Experience in a project management

  • Experience in a SOX environment

  • Accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA)

  • Knowledge of SAP, Bison, Cadency, Power BI

GPO Controllership Lead

GPO Controllership Lead – role will be a part of the Close and Control (C&C) Global Process Owner area with a primarily focus on Vaccine’s entities. Jointly with the rest of C&C GPO team members, the person will support global initiatives, which will lead to creation of more efficient ways of working. The role will cooperate closely with other teams from different areas, including C&C team, local teams, risk team, TECH team etc.
