GPS Process Advisor and CLS Testing Analyst
Location: Kraków

As Process Advisor and Testing Analyst you will be a part of Business Analysts team which delivers change solutions and provide production support for GPS EU and provides support to CLS testing

What you will do:

  • Effectively manage and provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders, be an escalation point for production teams
  • Analyse, test and implement changes accurately from user requirements. Liaise with stakeholders to improve customer experience, reduce risk and resolve issues
  • Monitor and maintain change and production support activity for UK Payment Services
  • Ensuring that the overall quality and integrity of the work is processed in a cost effective manner and in accordance with pre-determined critical deadlines/PLA to minimise reputational and/or financial loss
  • Be knowledge base for other areas and to be an escalation point, give advice when in crisis and alter system configurations
  • Be responsible for the development and changes which are implemented into the Global Payment System EU and ensure that all relevant sign off has been given before any implementation into the system
  • Be responsible for solution design and implementation for payments systems production support, commercialization and major system releases
  • Provide support for Continuous Linked Settlement testing and client on-boarding
  • Be a point of referral for key stakeholders, provide guidance, MI and support Incident management
  • Ensure all production services remain stable during or after any change activity, and provide continual support of our production services
  • To continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology

What we expect of you:

  • Analysis experience and problem solving techniques
  • Knowledge of Group payments infrastructure, SWIFT network and messages, FX standard
  • Manual testing background
  • General Payments and awareness of Industry and Banking Regulations
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Operations, particularly in Payment processing or SWIFT messaging and Incident management would be an asset
  • Awareness of the impact of any new development being put into system from a commercialisation aspect and STP enhancement
  • Proven management abilities in leading change and projects
  • Ability to work independently, communicate and build reports effectively at all levels
  • Drive/passion in delivering high quality performance, proactive and flexible approach to all responsibilities
  • Business Partner stakeholder management and communication
  • Attention to detail and Risk awareness
  • Analytical skills with a view to commit to decisions.
  • High level of PC literacy and knowledge of standard office/development tools is required
  • High level of influencing and negotiation skills
