Your responsibilities

  • Design and creation of visual media (e.g. image crops, video snippets and subtitles)

  • Creation of content design for assets and promotional materials

  • Responsibility for implementation of offline projects in corporate design for professional print such as brochures, flyers, invitation cards, image ads and trade ads, roll-ups, product sheets, advertising materials for trade fairs and events, and signage

  • Design of digital products such as whitepapers, web banners, e-mail footers as well as icons and infographics

  • Final artwork, management and oversight of the print process, including workflow and scheduling, as well as monitoring, proofing and quality assurance

  • Management of the approval process for designed and printed materials

  • Maintenance of the current web-to-print shop

  • Managing and maintaining the image and document database

  • Managing photo and design content, assigning metadata and keywords, uploading, archiving and retrieving content

  • Interfaces

  • Center of Excellence Marketing & Communications (Content & Creation, Traffic, F&E)

  • Shared Service Center Marketing & Communications

  • TÜV Media (internal design and print agency)

  • Global Office Marketing & Communications (Planning & Tools, Brand)

Our requirements

  • Five years' experience in editing images, text and graphics; ability to provide a sound judgment of text and visuals (e.g. promotional materials)

  • Degree in graphic design

  • Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills

  • Strong skills in Adobe lnDesign and Photoshop

  • Understanding of TÜV Rheinland's brand values, attributes and positioning

  • Excellent knowledge of all facets of print production

  • Basic operational knowledge including an automated workflow system for both digital and print production

  • Understanding of the print production process and ability to assess print quality

  • Excellent interpersonal skills - team player

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Your scope in a nutshell: You will be responsible for graphic creation of classic and digital assets within the framework of a given campaign visual and supplied content, across all BSs. You will implement format adaptations or revise existing assets. Person on this position will be keeper of the CI-/CD-Framework for quality assurance.
