Your responsibilities
As our sole graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating captivating graphical content to support our marketing department. You will have a few years’ of design under your belt, having worked across a variety of clients and projects. Whether your background is in freelance, at an agency or in a corporate environment, it doesn't matter. What we're looking for is someone to take ownership of all our branded comms materials with the enthusiasm needed to push our business to the next level.
As gatekeeper of the XTRF brand, you will help us to formulate a visual style that runs
consistently across our entire comms stack. We need to cut through the noise and deliver
impactful messaging to grow our business. You will be at the forefront of this effort, leveraging
your knowledge of graphic, web and animation design to help us strike a chord with our target
audience
You will be responsible for developing online marketing materials including:
- Website landing pages
- Promotional banners
- Digital ads
- Explainer videos
- Animations
As well as crafting offline marketing materials, such as:
- Leaflets
- Catalogs
- Posters
- Exhibition stand designs
Our requirements
A varied portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work
Min. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Knowledge of animation within After Effects and Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of WordPress web design with basic HTML/CSS
A keen eye for aesthetics
Good spoken and written English (B2 equivalent or higher)
Eager to learn new technologies with a positive and energetic attitude
Excellent communication skills
Well organized and adaptable, with good time management skills
