Your responsibilities
Creative Services is an internal graphic design studio, responsible for the visual look of marketing materials across all communication channels. Our Poznan team is part of a global creative department based across multiple locations: San Mateo, Mexico City, London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. The marketing departments located in Poznan deliver materials for over 30 offices around the world.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who will complete our design team.
Daily tasks include layout, concepting, typography, basic video editing, online banner creation and proofing to the FT Accessibility standard. We are looking for someone who wants to push the boundaries of those proficiencies and add further pillars to the FT Creative Services offering.
Our requirements
2-5 years of experience (corporate or agency)
Impresses with an interesting portfolio
Expert in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and comfortable with macOS
Competent in digital creation (advertising banners and emails, social media)
Solid understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint
Has basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS
Analytical, problem-solving and open-minded
Likes to learn new skills and tools
Can work directly with clients
High attention to detail and not afraid of tight deadlines
Well-organized and excellent time management skills
Works well both in a team and individually
Fluent in English and communicates naturally
Knowledge of Tumult Hype, Adobe After Effects and Premiere is a plus
Experience in a regulated industry will be an advantage
