Your responsibilities

  • The position requires to perform meaningful, consistent and comparable annalistic as well as reports related to the Profit and Loss Statement (P&L) of the BC Group (e.g. Like for Like P&L; Managerial P&L).

  • Calculate and report various performance metrics / KPIs for the Regional and BC Group Balance Scorecard.

  • Support in ad hoc financial analysis and preparation of business case inputs.

  • Be SAC (SAP Cloud Analytics) Power User and support the reporting automation project “EPM”.

  • Facilitate the P&L budgeting and forecasting process by looking after our consolidation system (BOFC).

Our requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Finance Controlling, Business Administration or similar educational background.

  • Experience of years at least 3 years in corporate reporting/controlling/shared services centre of a multinational industrial company

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)

  • Good IT knowledge, especially for Microsoft Excel and SAP BO Financial Consolidation. Basic usage of SAP & advanced usage of Business Warehouse.

  • Self-motivation, pro-activeness and excellent organizational skills.

  • Hands-on and detail-conscious work style, committed, accurate & eager to learn.

  • Strong communication skills & experience with working with people of various nationalities and on varying levels of hierarchy.

  • Ability to work reliably and independently also under deadline pressure.

About the role:

The FP&A Analyst performs reporting activities and in-depth financial analyses within the assigned scope in order to provide quantitative, analytical information to Finance Business Partners as well as management for strategic and tactical decision – making. FP&A Analyst aims to ensure efficient, standardized and high-quality reporting / analysis in accordance with FP&A guidelines, principles as well as standards. This job gets guidance and support from FP&A Manager on complex activities and ad hoc requests, and key issues in the execution of duties.
