Our Client is an international manufacturing company from medical devices industry. At the moment, due to dynamic development of the company, we are looking for a Group HR Director.

It is a newly established position reporting directly to the Board Members of the whole capital group and will be responsible for creation and implementation of HR tools, policies, processes as well as solutions. The aim is to help in managing diversity between particular entities and to support company’s culture creation as well as rapid growth (organic and made by acquisitions).

We are looking for a very hands-on and proactive person, who knows how to take matters into his/her hands. This position requires extensive travelling (mostly Europe –CEE, DACH, Scandinavia, France, occasionally Asia). Fluent English is a must and German is more than welcome.


  • Developing existing and implementing new tools and policies in HR field in order to create sustainable organizational culture
  • Responsibility for all HR processes (those existing as well as designing new) in the Group like: hiring methods, training programs, staff wellness, motivation, performance
  • Driving cultural and organizational integration between entities in different countries
  • Managing balance between particular company’s value streams dedicated to stakeholders: investors, clients and especially employees
  • Supervising local HR Managers and teams; ensuring everything is compliant and in line with local laws
  • Supporting business, Board Members, strategic objectives of whole capital group


  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in HR or Business
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in HR management; regional / group level experience is a must
  • Manufacturing company experience is an added value
  • Strong experience in post-merger integration and change management
  • Very Good knowledge of Labor Law in Poland; knowledge of local labor laws in some other European countries is more than welcome (CEE / DACH, especially German Collective Bargaining Law / Scandinavia / France)
  • Experience in dealing with unions and work councils
  • Fluent English is a must; German language knowledge is more than welcome
  • Ability and willingness to take ownership
  • Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on attitude / proactivity
  • Ability to cooperate with and influencing top management in company
  • Willingness to making numerous business trips
