Your responsibilities

The Group Leader HR Operations for WSEE Region will be responsible for delivery of quality HR services for West, South and East European countries according to legal and company requirements. In this role you will provide a service towards 10+ countries and lead the Team of approx. 5 Specialists.

To succeed in this role you will provide leadership experience and coordination/ project management skills. You will be a role model for other colleagues in HR Operations and actively support processes implementation, development, and continuous improvement of Team deliveries.

The Group Leader HR Operations, WSEE Region is a time- limited role, for approx. 2 years.

In your role you will:

• Lead the team of Specialists, including staff development, performance review and supervision of daily responsibilities

• Train team members – primary on the job training

• Ensure that knowledge is well kept and maintained within the Team

• Evaluate, design and improve processes within the Team scope

• Identify areas for further digitalization/ standardization and recommend solutions

• Act as a key contact person for peers in Global Centre and stakeholders from the WSEE Region, including Regional Management

• Set up Team goals and KPI’s on deliverables

• This role required delivery of both managerial and operational tasks to support daily service.

Our requirements

  • University degree, preferably within HR, Business Administration or related

  • Previous work experience within HR Area

  • Experience in SSC/BPO preferably in Customer Support and/ or HR administration

  • Experience in leading the team (as a Team Leader/ Team Coordinator)

  • Experience within business process improvements will be an advantage

  • Good knowledge of HR IT systems and Microsoft Office skills

  • Fluent English- both written and verbal

  • Additional language skills will be an advantage
