Client Details

For our Client, fast growing, well known brand on real estate market (industrial developer

with high quality assets) because of growth we are currently looking for Group Portfolio Analysis Manager/Head based in Warsaw (City Center). Position will require some travel and remote team management.

Description

• Portfolio reporting: oversight of real estate performance reporting to the shareholder, and preparation of materials for monthly reporting packs including: portfolio analysis, asset
• management KPIs, budget performance vs. actuals, assisting finance teams with their analysis,
• Annual budgets: help with the preparation of annual budgets including creation of template files, coordination with local asset management and finance teams, consolidation and review of files, participation in creation of presentation files and review and implement feedback from GIC,
• Asset performance reporting: develop models and tools to help improve the understanding of yielding portfolio performance at an asset level, helping to drive sell/hold decision-making, benchmarking performance against competitors and the wider market, and wider strategic decision making,
• Long term business planning model: work alongside Head of Corporate Finance and M&A to develop and update models for the long-term financial projections of the company,
• Portfolio management committee meetings: participation and preparation of materials for committee meetings,
• Portfolio management: Review documents before committee meetings and provide feedback / comments as necessary Polish office: oversight of all analytical output from the Polish office, including yielding portfolio, developments, acquisitions and disposals,
• Valuations: participate in the valuation process with external valuers, and also in internal modelling of asset valuations,
• Asset/property/finance management software system: contribute to the decisionmaking process regarding the current software system and potential upgrade / replacement,
• All other tasks as assigned by the respective manager or Group board

Profile

• Higher education: finance, economy, banking, real estate,
• At least 4 years of experience within related field, real estate market, Investment/ Transaction department, Controlling/Business Controlling, portfolio analysis,
• Very good financial knowledge,
• Team Management experience,
• Strong experience on sell side, proven track record,
• Very good law regulation knowledge,
• Fluency in English is must,
• Great communication and negotiation skills,
• Bale to work on many projects simultaneously,
