Your responsibilities

  • Audit/assessment of the existing

  • Manage, hire and develop a team of UI and Web designer

  • Engage, collect and analyze customer/prospects data to design easy-to-use digital solutions and improve existing digital touchpoints

  • Developing and validating hypotheses and solutions for the webshop, self-service, email and other digital services

  • Applying UX best practices to increase conversion on our digital channels and make customers digitally self-reliant

  • Implementing best in class practices notably through design thinking and design sprint

  • Managing a backlog with validated concepts where customer and business value is concrete

  • In collaboration with stakeholders (such as CX and Products development), cut large projects (in which there is a digital component) into smaller experiments and validate iteratively and co-create with customers

  • Supervising projects during the implementation of concepts

  • Engage and communicate to the internal organization about current projects and progress

Our requirements

  • Vision and strategy: You embody our future, know how to write, deploy progressively and keep the momentum of a strategy target

  • Professional experience: Extensive experience in UX research and UX architecture. Analytically strong and able to analyse complex usability and conversion problems. When developing solutions in phases, work iteratively, but at the same time be able to monitor the broader context

  • Communication: You are a challenger. You don't shy away from addressing issues that cause a bad UX or CX. You know how to summarize complex matter and to communicate in an understandable way to executive teams

  • Data driven: You use customer data and best practices to exert your influence

  • Management: You love to manage teams and are strong in co-creating and validating concepts with internal stakeholders and customers

As such, we are looking for a Talent to lead our digital user experience and setup the best adapted structure for our customers.

Reporting to the Group Digital Director you will be the Group Digital UX leader and the representative of our customers.

The Senior User Experience lead will manage the UX/UI team on optimizing the digital touchpoints that we offer to our Lyreco customers and users.

Whether this concerns improving the usability of our webshop, facilitating self-service or supervising digital projects; you are able to map out UX bottlenecks in a structured way, to co-create concepts and to successfully roll them out in collaboration with stakeholders and Group CX team.
