Your responsibilities
Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads.
Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels.
Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, SQLs, LTV, etc.) to help shape future marketing campaigns and strategies.
Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences.
Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth.
Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success.
Running co-branded marketing campaigns and building marketing partnerships to reach a new audience and market.
Working closely across teams and departments to share ideas, provide feedback, and present results.
Our requirements
You have prior experience in a similar role (e.g. digital marketing specialist, ecommerce specialist).
You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer. behavior trends to generate creative ideas.
You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
You are passionate about marketing and growth.
Your English language knowledge is at the B2 level or higher.
Optional
A functional knowledge of HTML, CSS & JS.
Expertise in ABM (Account-Based Marketing, ABX).
Experience in the B2B tech services industry.
A track record of successful B2B campaigns, projects, tactics, or strategies.
