We’re on the hunt for a rockstar Growth Manager! As International Growth Manager, you’ll work directly with the Sales Team and our Founders to develop sales strategy and processes, and lead day-to-day sales operations on European markets.
Your role & responsibilities:
- Conduct and lead sales outreach pertaining to new customer acquisition in Europe.
- Implement and enhance our sales strategy and processes playbook.
- Close new business consistently at or above quota level
- Serve as a brand enthusiast for HCM Deck platform
- Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
- Further tasks based on candidates experience and skill set.
- A good command of English - Fluent in Polish
- 2+ years of experience selling solutions or services to Enterprise Customers
- A sharp focus on goals and a powerful work ethic
- Passion, humor, and enthusiasm
- Great communication skills
