Your responsibilities

  • Expand our content and SEO strategies to grow organic traffic visibility and performance

  • Give merit insights to measure and enhance the growth of the business

  • Improve our marketplace product and our own team building software to deliver solutions that will delight our customers

  • Take ownership and lead all existing marketing activities whilst developing and implementing new digital strategies

  • Lead our team members to grow ideas & execute on how to retain customers and gain new traffic on our marketplace website

  • Manage a team of 3 - delegate tasks and keep the team accountable, provide 1on1s and performance reviews, grow the team if needed

  • Create quarterly team goals (OKRs)

Our requirements

  • Min 3 years of experience and a track record as a high-performer in a similar position

  • Already achieved high growth for a digital company before

  • High independence and ownership mindset - you are the person that will make this business unit a success!

  • Extensive knowledge of efficient marketing strategies

  • Data-driven with a passion to drive results

  • Hands-on experience of SEO and willingness to apply it in a fresh way

  • Masters Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or any other tool to help you analyze and take actions

  • Able to make decisions quickly and act upon them

Tagvenue is one of the pioneers of remote team building. In 2020 we launched a video platform that provides a variety of interactive games that can be played by remote teams. Today we have over 90 virtual experiences on our marketplace and a desire to become the biggest provider in the industry. Google, Apple, Amazon, Salesforce teams, and hundreds of other amazing companies use us on a regular basis.

We are solving the most burning issues of today's remote managers struggling with retaining the team spirit, and improving human interactions within their teams while battling the isolation caused by remote work. We need you to take us to the next level by identifying the biggest opportunities and executing on them while managing a team of 3 (and growing).

Currently, we’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our Tagvenue Virtual team. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product evolution, leadership and revenue growth. If you would like to work in a dynamic environment with a wide range of tasks and projects, join us!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you would be a visionary leader to run the marketing effort and grow the revenues of the virtual activities business line. This is a strategic role that will shape our online presence and growth tactics in this emerging product category. You will be working closely with the CEO, Product and IT teams making important decisions and literally driving the P&L of a business unit. It is a hands-on role for a decisive individual ready to take ownership of results. The role also includes managing a team of 3 and growing it if needed.
