Your responsibilities

  • Testing different marketing strategies based on our KPIs;

  • Analyzing data to identify strategic growth opportunities across our channels;

  • Monitoring of competitors' activities in the field of promotional, advertising, and image campaigns;

  • Measuring results using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs;

  • Optimizing existing content for even better SEO performance and audience engagement;

  • Measuring your performance based on the quality of MQLs and SQLs your actions generate;

  • Being driven by ICP (Ideal Customer Profile);

  • Deploying ABM tactics to attract new SQLs, and accounts and increase Ulam Labs' brand awareness within the target market.

Our requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Growth Hacker/Marketer/Growth Marketing Specialist;

  • Great knowledge about SEO;

  • Analytical and critical thinking;

  • Data-driven mindset;

  • Experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs;

  • Experience with using PPC;

  • Have a flow with words (you should understand a good copy and be able to prepare it independently);

  • Taking the initiative;

  • Flawless English (B2/C1) and great communication skills.

  • Salary Middle 8 000 - 14 000 PLN net/month (B2B).

  • Salary Middle 7 000 - 12 000 gross/month (Employment contract).

For the Growth Marketer, the base is to identify growth opportunities and execute them to drive growth through the process of keeping track of everything that matters for the company. An integral part of the job is collecting and analyzing data. A Growth Marketer must also know how to effectively use SEO, content marketing, and partnerships in marketing efforts to achieve the organization's goals.
