Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for wing-to-wing execution of technical projects in Quality and Manufacturing areas contributing to the achievement of Business objectives by providing Digital platforms and applications that fulfill Business requirements.

  • Partners with Business Stakeholders to define requirements. Works with technical team (internal and external) to ensure outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality.

  • Contributes to the Operations to ensure Business continuity, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.

  • Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs.

  • Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources.

  • Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge by acting as a “mediator” between Business end users and Technical teams, communicating end users’ needs and translating those needs into new product features for the team to design and implement.

  • Cooperate with and manage external vendors as required.

  • Lead Project activities and coordinate Project resources to support Quality and Manufacturing Functions.

  • Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project.

  • Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement as necessary.

  • Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required

  • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting.

  • Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations.

  • Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or Diploma and solid experience in IT or in Global Supply Chain.

  • Program Management and implementation experiences.

  • Sound of knowledge of web applications technologies and infrastructure, SAP and digital products supporting Quality and Manufacturing Functions.

  • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives.

  • Continuous improvement attitude to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of service delivery and service management processes.

  • Strong team player and collaborative person, ability to work remotely with different teams.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Interpersonal and inclusiveness skills.

  • Able to use Lean and 6 sigma tools and drive change.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
