Your responsibilities
Work in the implementation team on IT projects for insurance companies
Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test created solutions
Test yourself in various roles and tasks in an international environment
Support the coordination of Agile projects
Direct cooperation with the clients’ teams
Our requirements
Have practical experience in Guidewire systems implementation or maintenance as a business or as a system analyst or tester
Have an individual and creative approach to solving complex problems
Think analytically and have the ability to synthesize the results of your work and to present them
Know English very well
Show interest in working with clients from the financial sector
Enjoy teamwork with experts with various academic background and skills
Be able to work full-time
Be able to work and travel in Poland and the European Union
Optional
Know additional languages, especially German, French or Japanese
Have experience working in consulting, IT project implementation or IT companies more generally
Show interest in new technologies and their practical use
Have experience in project work and want to continue developing in it
While having the main office in Poland, want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 2/3 of your work time
