Your responsibilities
- Support the process managers in maintenance and improvement of internal engineering development process according to industry standards such as ASPICE, IATF16949, and ISO26262;
- Drive deployment of ZF engineering processes by creation and execution of trainings in international project teams;
- Coaching of international product development teams in understanding process expectations to ensure that process elements are supporting their development activities;
- Interface between projects and process managers and process owner to maintain and improve the engineering process according to industry standards such as ASPICE, IATF16949 and ISO26262
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, especially in hardware engineering (electronics & mechanics);
- Pronounced analytical skills and process understanding;
- Good moderation and communication skills;
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
Optional
- Experience in cybersecurity development;
- Knowledge and experience with ISO26262;
- Knowledge and experience in the application of Automotive SPICE;
- Experience in modelling tool “Stages”.
